The document contains all you need to prepare for a move with us.  We’ll provide you with a general check list of items to be moved.  We will use this as a basis for our pricing and also as a bill of lading for insurance purposes. As soon as we receive your submission, we will review the information and promptly contact you.

If you prefer, you may simply download the packet and fill out the information.  Make a copy for your own records if you wish, then scan and e-mail it to us, or you may fax it, or send it in the mail to us.  The office, upon receipt, will review the information and promptly contact you.
